LUGGAGE TARIFFS:
Each passenger may carry one piece of hand-carry luggage for free with a maximum weight of 20kg and dimensions not exceeding 56cm x 36cm x 23cm.
Each passenger may check in up to two pieces of luggage.
The size of each piece must not exceed 76cm x 23cm x 56cm.
The company reserves the right to refuse any items deemed unsuitable for transport due to their weight, shape, size, or nature.
A reservation is required for luggage check-in service. Passengers who wish to check baggage must contact Cotai Water Jet Customer Service Department by phone or email no later than 16:00 on the day before departure to inquire and make a reservation.
Availability is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Baggage check-in Service:
Hong Kong from 08:30 to 21:00;
Macau from 10:00 to 22:00
(Passengers must arrive at the terminal 30 to 45 minutes before departure to complete the baggage check-in process. Late arrivals will not be able to check in baggage.)

Cotai Water Jet is a premium high-speed ferry service managed and operated by Chu Kong High Speed Ferry Co. Ltd. of Hong Kong on behalf of Sands China Ltd. Since its launch in November 2007, Cotai Water Jet has serviced more than 82.5 million passengers. A fleet of 9 custom-built catamarans accommodating around 400 passengers each operates at top speeds of approximately 42 knots, providing a convenient transportation option between Macao’s Cotai and Hong Kong, with a travel time of just 60 minutes.
