Booking Confirmation:
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email immediately, which is not your main ticket. You will receive the main ticket file and link 72-24 hrs. before your entrance date which you can present your e-ticket (printed or digital) at the entrance of teamLab Planets Tokyo for seamless entry.
ID Requirement:
Make sure to carry a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your selected time slot to avoid delays. Late arrivals may result in denied entry due to timed entry policies. Lockers: On arrival, you’ll be provided with a locker to store your shoes and personal belongings.

The paper ticket can be collected within 12 months from the date of purchase
*The exchanged ticket will be valid for 6 months from the exchange date
*The valid time will be printed on the ticket when you start using it to pass through a ticket gate
*If you enter the station and board the train within the valid time, you can still leave the station even if the valid time has passed
*If the ticket is not used by the expiration date printed on it, it will become invalid
*If the exchanged ticket cannot be used at the automated ticket gates, please inform a station attendant. After verification, a new ticket will be issued

Please note that we do not offer partial exchanges of tickets. Each purchase will have a unique QR code, even if multiple tickets are bought. When you scan the QR code on the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, all the tickets you purchase will be exchanged and valid starting from the day of exchange
If the magnetic field on your Tokyo Subway Ticket becomes damaged or weakened, it may not be usable at automatic ticket gates. Please avoid placing the ticket near objects that emit strong magnetic fields (such as smartphones, home appliances, magnetic fasteners on wallets, etc.)

【Tokyo Subway Ticket】
To use this voucher, take it to any major Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway station and exchange it for a ticket at one of the designated ticket vending machines for travelers
The voucher contains a QR code that will be scanned at the machine to issue your ticket.

*It is possible to make exchanges at the Tokyo Metro station offices.
